Names of the Posts:
1. Project Assistant-II: 08 Posts
2. Project Assistant -I: 03 Posts
3. Project Associate-I: 01 Post
Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should be 25 years for PA -I, 28 years for Project Assistant II and 35 years for Project Associate post. Age limit is calculated as on date of interview. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess M.Sc Zoology, Ph.D. in Marine Science, B.Sc Zoology, M.Sc Marine Science/ Marine Biology/ Zoology /Botany, M.Sc. Inorganic Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Chemical Oceanography, B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Physical Oceanography/ Physics B.Sc Information Technology / Computer Science. Refer the notification for post wise educational qualification details.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in written examination & interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can attend for walk in interview with bio data, attested copies of certificates & mark lists in proof of qualification (SSC onwards), age, experience, etc and a photo identity proof , at NIO, RC, Lokhandawala Road, 4 Bungalows, Andheri (West) Mumbai – 400 053 on 28-05-2013 at 10:00 A M.
Date & Time of Interview: 28-05-2013 at 10:00 AM.
Registration Time: From 9.15 AM to 10.00 AM. Candidates reporting after 10.00 AM will not be allowed to attend the interview.
